THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T.VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.24560 OF 2019 ORDER:

The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the inaction of the respondents in taking the complaint of the petitioner dated 16.10.2019 and acting thereon, as being arbitrary and illegal. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions dated 11.11.2019, would submit that based on the complaint made by the petitioner, a case was registered in Crime No.69 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 447, 427, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code of Moosapet Police Station on 08.11.2019 and the matter is being investigated into.

Inasmuch as the grievance of the petitioner that his complaint is not being registered stands redressed, no further orders need be passed in the present Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
