HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.4221 of 2012 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioners seeking to remove the encroachments made by the unofficial respondents Nos.4 to 6, and also to direct the official respondents to consider the complaint/representation of the petitioners dated 13.6.2011.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

The main grievance of the petitioners is that they made a complaint/representation against the unauthorized constructions made by the unofficial respondents by encroaching into the parking place. But the official respondents have not taken any action on their representation/complaint, against the unofficial respondents so far. 4.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioners, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is inclined to pass the following order: "The 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation/complaint of the petitioners dated 13.6.2011, if any pending, and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law."
