This petition is filed by petitioner/ accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.139 of 2011 on the file of the XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad.

Heard.

Undisputedly, the trial Court referred the matter to the Committee as per the guidelines of the Apex Court dated 27.07.2017 in Crl.A.1265 of 2017 (SLP (Crl.) No.2013 of 2017 in Rajesh Sharma & Others Vs. State of U.P. & Another). Once such is the case, there is nothing to keep the matter pending, but for, left open all the other defences including liberty to file any need of application in future.
