.....RESPONDENTS WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Sri M VENKATA RAMA RAO presented this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ Mandamus declaring Section 3 (ea), 10 (A) to (C) and Section 11 (1) to (5) and Section 17(2A) of The Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Amendment Ordinance 2015, No. 3 of 2015 promulgated on 12.01.2015 as illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable, unjust, unconstitutional, invalid and set-aside the same;

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri M VENKATA RAMA RAO Advocate for the Petitioner and Sri B. NARAYANA REDDY (Asst Solicitor General) for the Respondents No. 1&2 G.P for Mines and Geology for the Respondents No. 3&4 , made the following ORDER:

"Since the impugned Ordinance has been issued by the Central Government, notice of this writ petition shall be served upon the learned Attorney General of India.

Let the respondents file counter affidavit within three weeks from date. Affidavit in reply may be filed within two weeks thereafter. Liberty is given to mention for early hearing of the matter after completion of filing of the affidavits. ASSISTANT REGISTRAR //TRUE COPY//
