This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside Notice, dated 20-01-2016, of respondent No.5, whereunder the petitioner was directed to remove the building in Survey Nos.606/A and 605 of Yerraguntla Nagar Panchayat.

At the hearing, Mr.Md.Saleem, learned Standing Counsel for Municipalities, appearing for respondent No.5, submitted that this Court, by Order, dated 27-01-2016, has disposed of WP.No.2154 of 2016, wherein similar notices were issued with the only difference that the petitioner herein has not approached this Court earlier unlike the petitioners in the said Writ Petition. He has further submitted that respondent No.5 will follow the procedure indicated in the above-mentioned order by furnishing a copy of survey report to the petitioner and permitting him to submit objections to the impugned notice.

In view of the same, this Writ petition is disposed of in terms of Order, dated 27-01-2016, in W.P.No.2154 of 2016, with the direction that the reasons and directions contained therein shall form part of this order.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.3038 of 2016, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous. ______________________ (C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy, J) Dt: 28th January, 2016
