THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE Ms. JUSTICE J. UMA DEVI WRIT PETITION NO.21462 OF 2018 ORDER: (per Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Both Sri K. Narayana, Learned Counsel for the petitioner and the Learned Government Pleader for Services, would agree that an order, similar to the one passed in W.P. No.19653 of 2018 dated 19.06.2018, be passed in this Writ Petition also. Following the said order, and in terms thereof, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.06.2018, in accordance with Rule 31 of the Telangana State and Subordinate Service Rules, pass orders thereupon, and communicate his decision to the petitioner on or before 30.06.2018.

This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
