Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition since the matter pertains to Public Interest Litigation. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is open for the petitioner to ventilate his grievance before the appropriate Court. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
