This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioners/ accused under Section 397 (1) and 401 of the Criminal Procedure Code, aggrieved by the Orders dated 19.10.2009 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1253 of 2OO9 in C.C.No.104 of 2OO9 by the learned XIX Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.

02. When the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this matter has become infructuous.

03. In vierv of the above submission, this Criminal Revision Case is liable to be dismissed as infructuous.

04. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. There is no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
