THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.412 OF 2017 ORDER:

W.P.No.18261 of 2015 was disposed of on 26.11.2015 directing the respondent - Company to take steps to fill up the vacancies earmarked for the internal candidates possessing Graduation/AMIE in Mining. Alleging non-compliance of the said order, this Contempt Case is filed.

Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent - Company produced a letter dated 26.05.2017 addressed by the General Manager (Personnel) to the Assistant General Manager (Law), informing him that selections were finalized and as petitioners were found suitable, they were appointed. He further states that petitioners have since joined and working in the post of Mining Graduate Trainee, E-2 Grade (Internal).

Having regard to the said submission of the learned Standing Counsel and in view of the letter of the General Manager (Personnel), the Court is satisfied that the orders of this Court, dated 26.11.2015, in W.P.No.18261 of 2015 are complied with. 4.

The Contempt Case is accordingly closed.
