THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION NO.24549 OF 2019 ORDER:

Challenging the notice of respondent No.3 dated 04.09.2019 vide No.302/ACP/TPS/C-26/GHMC/2019, the present writ petition is filed.

When the matter is taken up, Sri Chatla Madhu, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3, submitted that respondent No.3 has already withdrawn the impugned notice and hence, the cause in the present writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Recording the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach this Court as and when fresh cause of action arises. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
