S r i Chandraiah Sunkara, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that in view of the interim order dated 31.12.2009, no further order is necessary in the writ petition, for the interim direction has substantially redressed the grievance of the petitioner.

The statement is placed on record and the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
