Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

Petitioner claims that he is owner of land in Survey No. 177 and 177/A/1 Bhainsa village and mandal, Adilabad. Petitioner alleges that since owners of neighboring land were creating problems, to avoid the boundary disputes, he submitted F-line online application for survey on 22.7.2019 through TSTS Limited and filed acknowledgement as material paper. Alleging inaction, this writ petition is filed. 3.

Having regard to the fact that online application for survey of subject land is already made, acknowledged by TSTS Ltd and is stated to be pending, without entering into the merits of the matter, writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner dated 22.7.2019 and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
