The case of the petitioner is that the 4th respondent is not mutating the name of the petitioner in revenue records and not issuing E-patta passbooks and title deeds after death of her husband in respect of land to an extent of Ac.0-04 cents in sy.No.229/1E, Ac.0-25 cents in sy.No.229/3E, Ac.0-84 1⁄2 cents in sy.No.237/7 of Mamidalapadu Village fields, Kurnool Mandal, Kurnool District, which was assigned to the husband of the petitioner in the year 1982 inspite of petitioner making application under form VI-A Form-VI (A) of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 (for short "the Act") through online dated 12-05-2018. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
Since it is stated that the application filed by the petitioner is in Form VI-A of the Act and the same is pending before the 4th respondent, it is for the 4th respondent to consider and dispose of the same. Accordingly, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner in Form VI-A,
in accordance with law, and take action accordingly within a period of two months from the date of receipt a copy of this order.
