The petitioner is the sole accused of Crime No. of of Maddur Police Station, Siddipet district, registered for the offences punishable under section 366-A and 354 [D] of I.P.C.

2. He is in judicial custody since 08/06/2018.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor representing the State. 4.

The petitioner earlier went un-successful in Crl.MP.No. 641 of 2018, order dated 19/06/2018 by the V-Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C., Warangal at Jangaon.

5. The regular bail application, heard and perused the bail application averments, F.I.R., remand case diary and the C.D. Part-I file. The remand case diary dated 08/06/2018 shows the investigation still to be completed and the latest information as on 02/07/2018 shows almost completed.

6. A perusal of the statement of victim LW-5 shows the accused forcibly enticed her under a threat and performed the marriage formality at Mysamma temple.

7. Taking consideration of these facts and from the prima facie accusation, bail application is dismissed and it is not a bar which at all after final report to renew.

8. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand disposed of.
