The case of the petitioner is that he made an application through Mee Seva along with challan on 21.05.2015 for conducting survey and fixing the boundaries in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.0-31 cents in Sy.No.606, Ac.0-78 cents in Sy.No.607 and Ac.2-44 cents in Sy.No.608 situated at Gonigandla Village and Mandal, Kurnool District.

Subsequently, he also submitted a representation on 07.08.2015 to the 4th respondent. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, it is open for the petitioner to submit necessary documents in respect of the application made by him for conducting survey and fixing the boundaries in respect of the subject property and on submission, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law, within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and take action for conducting survey.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. _____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J
