HYDERABAD MAIN CASE NO: Crl.P.No.10039 of 2024 PROCEEDING SHEET 25.10.2024 JS,J I.A.Nos.1 and 2 OF 2024 Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that during pendency of the above petition, the petitioners-accused Nos.1 to 4 and the respondent No.2 have entered into compromise and have filed I.A.Nos.1 and 2of 2024 to permit them to compromise the matter and to compound the offences.

In view of the above, the petitionersaccused Nos.1 to 4 and respondent No.2 are directed to appear before the Secretary, Telangana High Court Legal Services Committee along with their identity cards for their identification, on or before 29.10.2024. The counsel on record only shall appear before the Secretary, Telangana High Court Legal Services Committee, to identify the parties and further the counsel shall carry their identification cards to be shown to the Secretary

and on completion of the same, the Secretary, Telangana High Court Legal Services Committee shall submit a report by 07.11.2024.
