THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.37925 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the orders issued by the third respondent vide proceedings E55530/2016/C dt.13.04.2016 rejecting the request of the petitioner for compassionate appointment as fair price shop dealer of shop No.21 situated at Sagipadu village, Kamavarapukota Mandal, West Godavari District, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to her under law.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to her under law. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
