THE HON'BLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.7150 of 2019 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner/A2 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.3422 of 2019 on the file of XI Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B.Nagar, Rachakonda, registered for the offence under Section 304-A IPC and under Section 196 read with Section 146 of Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, against him.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/A2, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the 1st respondent-State and perused the record.

Though the petitioner has raised several grounds to quash the proceedings in the aforesaid case, learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court to dispense with the appearance of the petitioner/A2 in the aforesaid case before the trial Court. 4.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that since the identity of petitioner is not in dispute, his presence in the above case may not be necessary on every date of adjournment. 5.
In view of the aforesaid submissions, the appearance of the petitioner/A2 in C.C.No.3422 of 2019 on the file of XI Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B.Nagar, Rachakonda, is dispensed with, except on the dates whenever his presence is required by the trial Court and he shall be represented by his counsel.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. 7.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
