HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No. 1516 of 2018 ORDER:
The present Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act alleging that the respondents have willfully and deliberately disobeyed the order dated 21.03.2017 passed in W.P.No.9929 of 2017.
The learned Government Pleader for Revenue (TG), by producing a proceedings dated 04.06.2018, says that the respondent No.2-Tahsildar, has removed the seizure affected to the bore well of the petitioner, and after harvest, the same was again seized and as such there is no violation of the orders of this Court. He further submits that when the un-official respondent No.3 dug bore well illegally, vide proceedings dated 04.06.2018, the 2nd respondent ordered for closure of the said bore well. In view of the above, I do not see any violation of the orders of this Court. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. It is open to the petitioner to work out his remedies, if he still aggrieved by it.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
