Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 3 to 6 submits that except the petitioner No.4 in the Seniority list, all other petitioners were appointed. As far as petitioner No.4 is concerned, he has not given consent for appointment of Lusker. As such, he is not appointed. The same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

In view of the same, recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. It is open for the petitioner No.4 to give consent for appointment of Lusker and on such consent, it is for the respondents to take appropriate action for his appointment. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
