No.S of 2011 as being arbitrary, irrational, unjust and consequently direct the respondents forthwith release the payments aggregating to the tune of Rs. 6.
50 Crores to the petitioner along with interest at the rate of 18% per annum and grant lA NO: 1 OF 2018 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to release the amounts due to the petitioner in connection to the Agreement No.42l08- O9/SE/C/JHES Revulapally dated 23.12,2008 for the value of the work done without reference to the award of the Labour Court in M.P. No.S of 20'1 1, pending disposal of the writ petition.
