HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.3946 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondent authorities in demolishing the part of the building bearing No.8-2682/32/C, 8-2-682/32/78, 8-2-682/80, N.B.Nagar, Road No.12, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, as illegal and arbitrary. Sri P.Keshava Rao, learned Standing counsel appearing for GHMC-2nd respondent submits that petitioners were already issued final notice dated 30.01.2017 under 636 of H.M.C.Act, 1955 vide No.682/TPS/C10B/GHMC/2017 before demolishing the part of the subject property.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty to challenge the aforesaid proceedings.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to challenge the proceedings dated 30.01.2017. There shall be no order as to costs.
