The Court made the following:

ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief : " ... to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondents 1 and 5 in not disposing of the 6-A proceedings dt. 5-11-2011 in spite of the directions given by the Hon'ble Court and also the action of respondents 3, 4 and 6 in not releasing the stock seized particularly bio-products, which need not have any licence, inspite of oral directions given by respondents 1 and 5 for release of the stock, as illegal,

arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct all the respondents to release the stocks which were seized on 1010-2011 ..." At the hearing, Mr. Sk. Rizwan Ali, learned Counsel representing Mr. N. Ravi Prasad, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to the dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP No.43204 of 2011 is dismissed as infructuous.
