THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER Crl.P.Nos. 7006, 7011 & 7012 of 2022 COMMON ORDER:

As the crime number in these three criminal petitions is one and the same and the petitioners are Accused Nos.1 to 5, the criminal petitions are heard together and disposed of by way of this common order.

Crl.P.Nos.7006 and 7012 of 2022 are filed under Sections 437 & 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure,' 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C.") seeking to enlarge the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 3 on bail in connection with Crime No.251 of 2022 pending on the file of Vemulawada Town Police Station registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 448, 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code.

Crl.P.No.7011 of 2022 is filed under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 by petitioners/Accused Nos.4 and 5 seeking bail in the event of their arrest in connection Crime No.251 of 2022 pending on the file of Vemulawada Town Police Station registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 448, 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record.

The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners and the victim are having family disputes and for which reason, there was an altercation between them. As seen from the record, A2 is the person who allegedly inflicted injuries on the victim and as seen from the medical report, there are four simple injuries which were inflicted on the victim. He has been treated as outpatient at Area Hospital, Vemulawada.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that even according to the complaint, apart from A2, who is first petitioner in Crl.P.No.7006 of 2022, there are no specific allegations of causing injury against any other person.

Keeping in view that there are family disputes and the injuries received are simple in nature and the victim has been treated as outpatient and discharged from the hospital, this Court deems it appropriate to grant the relief of regular bail to the petitioners. 8.

Accordingly, all the three criminal petitions are allowed and the petitioners are granted bail subject to the following conditions: i. The petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 3 are directed to be released on bail on their executing personal bond for

Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each, to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Vemulawada, Rajanna Sircilla district.

ii. The petitioners/A4 and A5 shall be enlarged on bail in the event of their arrest, subject to their surrendering before the Station House Officer, Vemulawada Town Police Station, Rajanna Sircilla district and on such surrender, the said Station House Officer, shall release the petitioners/Accused No.4 and 5 on bail, on their executing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five thousand only) each with two sureties in a like sum each to his satisfaction. ii. On such release, the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 5 shall appear before the concerned Station House Officer on every Monday between 10.30 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. for a period of eight (8) weeks and thereafter as and when required, for the purpose of investigation.

iii. The petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 5 shall comply with the conditions as laid down under Section 437 (3) of Cr.P.C. 6.

Accordingly, all the three criminal petitions are allowed. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
