HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 15941 OF 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel appearing for petitioner and Sri P. Bhaskar, learned standing counsel appearing for respondents 1 & 2.

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the termination notice issued in letter No. C/E.29/TRD/19/2016-17 dated 18.4.2017. Since the said notice was issued pursuant to a contract executed by the petitioner with the respondents and in view of the existence of an arbitration clause, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition. However, it is open to the petitioner to avail alternative remedies open to him in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
