On 30.11.2017, as the learned counsel for the petitioner was called absent both in the morning and afternoon sessions, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption, "For Dismissal". On 8.12.2017 as well as on 15.12.2017, learned counsel for the petitioner requested for an adjournment. Today, though the matter is listed under the caption, "For Dismissal," there is no representation for the petitioner both in the morning and afternoon sessions.

Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for default. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
