HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR WRIT PETITION (TR) No. 2408 OF 2017 ORDER:

Today when the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the then Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad by order dated 03.07.2014, passed the following interim order:- "Pending disposal of the O.A. the respondents are directed to not to revert the applicants to the lower cadre, i.e., Inspector of Police, till further orders, pursuant to G.O.Ms.No.108, Home(Ser.I) Dept., Dated 23.06.2014."

Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that in view of the interim order dated 03.07.2014, no further orders are required in the Writ Petition (TR). Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has acceded to the same. 3.

Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition (TR) is closed. 4.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
