This Criminal Revision Case is filed aggrieved by the docket order dated 11.6.2019 passed by the learned II Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-X Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Kukatpally, in Crl.M.P.No.4867 of 2019 in C.C.No.215 of 2016. 2.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case. 3.

Permission is accorded and the Criminal Revision Case is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand dismissed.
