Heard.

The petitioners herein are commonly aggrieved and submit that their lands are going to be acquired for Yadardri Thermal Power Plant and for the purpose of payment of compensation, the survey of the land was found necessary. The petitioners therefore made representations before the 3rd respondent and also to the 4th respondent for survey of the land. Alleging that the representation made to the 4th respondent on 26-11-2015 and to the 3rd respondent on 31-12-2015 are not being considered, the present writ petition is filed. Though the relief sought for in the present writ petition is with regard to the inaction of respondents 2 to 4 in conducting survey of the land in Sy.Nos.

29, 30 and 32 of Veerlapalem Village, Dhamarcherla Mandal, Nalgonda District, no appropriate applications in the prescribed proforma by paying requisite fee was found to have been made by the petitioners. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioners was granted liberty to make appropriate applications by paying requisite fee. Learned counsel for the petitioners now produced three copies of applications together with three separate challans, dated 29-01-2016, for conducting survey.

Keeping in view that the petitioners paid requisite fee and made applications, I deem it appropriate to direct respondents 3 and 4 to examine the petitioners request as aforesaid in accordance with law and issue necessary directions expeditiously.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _______________________ VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR, J 01.02.2016 Prv
