Today, when the matter is taken up, it is represented by the learned Government Pleader appearing for Respondents that if any private property is required for public purpose, the authorities will follow due process of law. Recording the same, the writ petition is accordingly disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
