Heard the counsel for petitioners, the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj, for respondent nos.1 to 3, Sri K.K. Durga Prasad, counsel for 4th respondent; and Sri N. Siva Reddy, counsel for 5th respondent.

The petitioners' grievance is that petitioners have given representations dt.19.09.2016 and 07.03.2018 to respondent nos.2 and 5 respectively, to remove the encroachments in the subject land which petitioners had gifted to the 4th respondent, and that respondent nos.2 and 5 have not taken any action thereon.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for 2nd respondent, and the Standing Counsel for 5th respondent, state that the said Officers will dispose of the said representations, and communicate their decision to petitioners within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent nos.2 and 5 to dispose of the said representations, and communicate their decision to petitioners within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. No order as to costs.
