Learned counsel for the petitioner/s submitted that the petitioner/s may be permitted to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to prefer appeal against the order passed by the Court below. Recording the above submission, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to prefer appeal against the order passed by the Court below.
