THE HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE ANIS CRIMINAL PETITION NO.7329 of 2012 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings dated 19.01.2011 in FIR No.14 of 2011 of CCC Naspur Police Station, Adilabad, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 447, 427, 324 r/w 34 IPC.

When the case is called learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the present case the charge sheet has already been filed and the same has been numbered as C.C.No.186 of 2013 on the file of the I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Macherial. In view of the same, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
