None appears for the parties.

I have perused the prayer in the writ petition and the interim order dated 15.5.2012 passed in W.P.M.P. No. 18736 of 2012. It appears that the petitioner, in view of the interim order, has lost interest in prosecuting this petition further, and hence, nobody is coming forward to work it out on merits.

The writ petition is therefore dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed. No costs.
