This revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/ defendant No.1 aggrieved by the order dated 25.09.2019 passed in I.A.No.484 of 2019 in O.S.No.135 of 2005 by the Additional Junior Civil Judge, Vikarabad, Ranga Reddy District whereby the application filed by the revision petitioner/ defendant No.1 under Sections 37 and 28 of the Indian Stamp Act to send the unregistered document, i.e., original sale deed dated 12.07.2019 to the District Registrar, Ranga Reddy District, was dismissed. 2.

Heard both sides and perused the record.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that in the prayer of the petition filed by the revision petitioner before the Court below, date of the unregistered document is incorrectly mentioned as "12.07.2019" instead of "12.07.1991".

Under these circumstances, the revision petitioner is granted liberty to file a fresh application before the Court below with correct prayer. On filing such application, the Court below is directed to dispose of the same on merits.

With the above observation, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No costs.
