Heard Sri N. Bhupal Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Telangana Social Welfare Residential Institutions Society, appearing for respondent No.2.
A reading of the above-cited judgment goes to show that lis in the present writ petition is covered by the same. In that view of the matter, following the decision of this Court in J. Ravinder (supra), this writ petition is also allowed in terms thereof.
