Heard.
The petitioner seeks to question the proceedings issued by the 1st respondent, dated 21.10.2015, relating to a company registered at Bangalore, Karnataka State, which is impleaded as the 2nd respondent. The petitioner, who claims to be the sister of the deceased, is stated to be nominee of the deceased and she has filed the present Writ Petition merely on the ground that she is residing at Hyderabad within the jurisdiction of this Court. I do not see any cause of action arising within the jurisdiction of this Court so as to entertain the present Writ Petition.
In view of the same and since no cause of action arises within the jurisdiction of this Court, the present Writ Petition cannot be entertained. However, the petitioner is at liberty to avail the appropriate legal remedies before the competent forum. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
