HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION NO.7164 OF 2019 ORDER:

In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the present petitioner is not the accused in Crime No.374 of 2019 of P.S. Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, this Criminal Petition for grant of anticipatory bail is premature and the same cannot be entertained at this stage. Since notice under Section 41-A of the Code of Criminal Procedure has already been issued to the petitioner, the petitioner shall co-operate with the investigating authorities and the investigating authorities shall not take any coercive steps against the petitioner. With this observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
