This criminal petition is filed, by the petitioner/A.6, under Sections 438 Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail in Cr.No.67 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Eleswaram Police Station, East Godavari District registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8 (c) r/w Sec.20 (b) (ii) (c) of NDPS Act. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Petition. Permission is accorded.

In the result, the Criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
