HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P.No.189 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C., to withdraw A.S.No.87 of 2015 from the file of the XI Additional District Court, Tenali, Guntur District, and transfer the same to this Court to hear along with A.S.No.478 of 2013.

At the time of arguments, both counsel with one voice submitted that the purpose of filing of this transfer petition became infructuous.

In view of the submission made by both the counsel, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any shall stand closed.
