This Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief: "to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not constructing the Gram Panchayat building at Ch.Pothepalli Village, Dwaraka Tirumala Mandal, West Godavari District as per the order dated 10.02.2017 of the 2nd respondent is illegal, arbitrary and voilative of Article 14 &21 of the constitution of India." 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for respondents.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner herein submitted a representation to the District Collector-2nd respondent herein on 10.04.2017, but no action has been taken on the said representation. A further request is made by learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the said representation within a time frame.

On the other hand, it is submitted by learned Government Pleader that appropriate action would be taken on the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law. 5.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, without expressing

any opinion on merits of the case, directing the District Collector2nd respondent herein to take appropriate action on the representation, dated 10.04.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioners, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
