HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL APPEAL No.570 of 2006 JUDGMENT:

This Criminal Appeal is filed by the appellants challenging the common order dated 14.02.2006 in Crl.M.P.No.7 of 2001 passed by the learned District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Court under Act 17/1999, Chittoor.

2) When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for appellants, Smt. Kavitha Yadav by producing a copy of the order dated 05.11.2009 in C.A.No.59 of 2005 in C.P.Nos.10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 of 1999 wherein it was observed that in W.P.No.3963 of 2009 G.O.Ms.No.30, Home (General-B) Department, dated 02.02.2001 was set aside by order dated 24.03.2009, would submit that in view of setting aside of G.O.Ms.No.30, no further orders are required in this Criminal Appeal and the same may be closed.

3) Recording the above submission of learned counsel, this Criminal Appeal is closed.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
