As per the submission of the learned Public Prosecutor, the police filed referred report in the case.

In view of the above submission, the Criminal Petition is closed as the relief became infructuous without prejudice to impugn if at all any protest petition filed and cognizance taken. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
