THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE NO.2027 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondents for wilful and deliberate violation of the order, dated 14-10-2015 passed by this Court inW.P.No.32667 of 2015.

2. It is mainly contended by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that POR No.46/84, which was booked against the petitioner's vehicle, does not pertain to him. In view of the said contention, record was called for and the record reveals that POR No.46/84 relates to the petitioner's vehicle only.

3. In view of the same, the Contempt Case is dismissed. No order as to costs.
