ORDER

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: ".....to issue writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in conducting public auction of lease hold rights of the land admeasuring an extent of Ac.4.25 cts and Ac.1.60 cts in R.S.No.208 of Tadiparru Village, Undrajavaram Mandal, West Godavari District on 20.05.2010, which is in possession of the petitioners respectively ignoring the proceedings of the 2nd respondent dt.29.03.2003 as illegal and arbitrary and contra to the provisions of the A.P.Charitable Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowment Act, consequently directing the respondent to stop all further proceeding and pass orders and pass any other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the lease period was already over and therefore, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. It is needless to say that the petitioners are at liberty to avail the remedies as available to them as and when fresh cause of action arises. No costs.
