HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.7157 of 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to enlarge the petitioner on bail in Crime No.31/ RCA-CR.1/ 2019 on the file of ACB Police Station, City Range-1, Hyderabad.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Criminal Petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh case. 3.

Permission is accorded and the Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh case. 4.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand dismissed.
