HIGH COURT FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA AT HYDERABAD Criminal Petition No. 8416 of 2021 PROCEEDING SHEET 12.04.2022 IA.No.1 OF 2022 This application is filed seeking to reduce the condition of surety amount of Rs.1,00,000/- as petitioner is not in a position to furnish the same in view of his financial condition.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
This Court on 14.12.2021 while granting bail to the petitioner/Accused No.2, directed the petitioner to execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with two sureties for a like sum each.
Taking into consideration the submission of learned counsel for petitioner, this petition is allowed and the surety amount of Rs.1,00,000/- is reduced to Rs.50,000/-.
The remaining condition, are unaltered.

The petitioner states that he failed to make payment of the amount undertaken before this Court. However, due to the petitioner being in jail in connection with some other crime, the petitioner failed to pay the outstanding amount.
Now the petitioner seeks further time of two weeks for making payment of the outstanding amount undertaken before this court.
Accordingly, the interim order granted earlier is extended for a period of two weeks to enable the petitioner to make outstanding payment.

HIGH COURT FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA AT HYDERABAD Criminal Petition No. 1066 of 2022 PROCEEDING SHEET 11.04.2022 On 28.03.2022 the petitioner undertook to pay outstanding amount of Rs.14,85,000/- initially and the Court granted two weeks time, however, the petitioner failed to make the said payment.
The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that finally two weeks time may be granted to make outstanding payment of Rs.14,85,000/-.

AT HYDERABAD Criminal Appeal No.154 of 2022 PROCEEDING SHEET 06.04.2022 Post on 07.04.2022 at the request of counsel for the respondents, finally.
The office of Assistant Solicitor General is directed to get the instructions as to what coercive steps were taken in the matter when specifically this court ordered by order dated.19.7.2021 extending time for surrendering A1 and A3 for ten days, failing which police shall take coercive steps against the petitioners in accordance with law.
The investigation agency shall inform as to what coercive steps were taken in the case after the time of 10 days expired in I.A.No.1 of 2022 as granted by order datedl.19.7.2021.
