This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in refusing to receive the complaint/report dated 29.05.2018 and thereby register FIR.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint of the petitioner a case in Crime No.178/2018 was registered under Sections 506 IPC & Sec.3(1)(r)(s)(f)(g), 3(2)(va) of SC/ST (POA) Act of Chebrole P.S, on 02.07.2018.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
