Sri K. Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that as against the impugned order dated 11.08.2015 suspending the petitioner's explosives licence, an appeal has been filed before the Chief Controller of Explosives, Nagpur, on 04.11.2015. In the light of this averment, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for adjudication on merits.
