Petitioner made application to the 1st respondent in file No.HYD W67510109 dated 02.05.2009, for issuance of passport, and as the said application has not been considered, filed the present writ petition. This court, on 22.06.2010, while admitting the writ petition, passed interim order directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's application dated 02.05.2009, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law on or before 09.07.2010 without fail.

No counter affidavit is filed.

In view of the interim order of this court dated 22.06.2010, no further orders are required to be passed, and the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the said interim order.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
